Marjorie Lorraine Stoddard Ady was born Dec 13,1925 to parents Douglas and Vera Stoddard in Sandpoint Idaho. Marge was raised in Cardston Alberta Canada where she owned and operated a beauty shop. Her siblings include Dale, Leon, and Kent Stoddard, her twin sister Maxine Porter, and sisters Yvonne French, and Kay Nay.

James and Marge Ady were blessed with three children Charles (Georgene), Donna (Larry) Porter, and Kelly (Rod) Bevans

James Ady passed away in 1977 due to heart problems. Marge then took on the role of grandma where she visited and cared for her grandchildren Alisha Quass, Jeremy Ady, Lana Minnick, Trent Ady, Ryan Ady, Jaime Prigmore, Aaron Porter, Jeffery Porter, Matthew Porter, Mickenzie Czech, Tyler Czech, and Hailey Bevans. Marge was a proud Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great-great Grandmother.

Marge spent her sunset years on the highline of Northern Montana with John Weathered of Cutbank, Montana where they ranched successfully till her passing at home in June 2017.

John along with his son Richard, his wife Marianne Weathered and their children Matthew, Natalie, and Jenny, and his (John’s) daughter Anne and Dutch Lunak and their children Jimmie Marie Champ and Megan Lunak cared for Marge tirelessly, loved her faithfully, and accepted her totally.

Funeral service will be Friday, July 7, at 10:30am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Cut Bank. Burial to follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be an hour prior to service at the church.

Marge was a vibrant part of her community. Those who loved her will miss her.
