Miss Rosa Lee Aaron of Laurens St. died Saturday. Born in Kershaw County, she was a daughter of the late Abram and Rosa Benson Aaron. She was a graduate of Jackson High School and Claflin College and attended the University of South Carolina and North Carolina Central University.
Miss Aaron was a retired math teacher, having taught in Kershaw and Florence counties, and retired from Timmonsville High School in 1974.
She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and the Methodist Church Women.
Surviving are a brother Otis B. Aaron Sr. of Camden; nephews, James E. Aaron of Camden and Otis B. Aaron Jr. of Upper Marlboro Md.; and nieces, Ms. Alvivian Aaron of New London, Conn., Mrs. Sandra Collins of Camden, and Ms. Severena Aaron of Columbia.
Services are scheduled to be held at 4:30 p.m. today at Trinity United Methodist Church, with burial in Cedar Cemetery.
