Funeral services for Mrs. Carol Parrish Abbott, 34, and her daughter, Jacqueline Berniece, 5, are planned for Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the chapel of Graves Funeral Home. Mrs. Abbott and her daughter died when fire destroyed their home at 2418 MacKenzie early Thursday morning. The Rev. Neal Fipps, pastor of the Wesleyan Methodist Episcopal Church in Hot Springs, SD, will officiate at the services. He will be assisted by the Rev. W. O. Howard. Mrs. June Gray will be in charge of the music. Burial will be in Custer County Cemetery. Mrs. Abbott was born March 14, 1921, in Huron, SD, and came to Miles City two years ago with her husband, James; two sons, Robert and James, and her daughter Jacqueline was born Sep. 11, 1950, in Hot Springs. Just before coming to Miles City, the family lived in Upton, WY. Mr. Abbott and the two boys survive.
