CLARKTON -- Taylor Adams Jr., 81, died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2017 at Columbus Regional
Healthcare in Whiteville. He was the son of the late Taylor Adams Sr. and Bessie Ward Adams. He was preceded in death by a sister, Virginia Dare Adams.
He served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Washington, D.C. and was in France
in 1954.
Final rites will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, Jan. 23 at Mt. Calvary Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. W. H. Morris officiating. McKenzie Mortuary in Whiteville is handling the arrangements.
