Glasgow--Cecilia Dragoo, 86, died at a local hospital. Born in Mildmay, Canada, she had resided at the Harlem rest home.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Winifred Aavedal, Helena; Mrs. Elizabeth Heiser, Missoula; Mrs. Margaret Sonsteng and Mrs. Talladia Oderman, Glasgow; sons, James Dragoo, Beaverton, Ore., and Mark Dragoo, Portland.
Services will be at 9 a.m. at St. Raphael's Catholic Church.
