Mrs. T. J. Aaron. 84. Of W. Fifth Avenue died yesterday at 5:25 a.m. at Lexington Memorial Hospital.

She was the widow of Thomas Jefferson Aaron, who died June 12, 1933.

She was born in Davidson County September 22, 1884, to Madison and Julia Michael Shoaf. A member of First Methodist Church, she was in the Suzanna Wesley Bible Class. Mrs. Aaron was also a member of the Senior Citizens Club.

Surviving are five daughters. Mrs. Lester Reed, Mrs. Clyde Hege and Mrs. Paul Stroud, all or Lexlngton; Mrs. W. C. Hart of Taylors, S. C., and Mrs. Edmund Efird of Charlotte; two sons. Hoyt S. Aaron of Burlington and Thomas Aaron of DeLand, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Odell Shoat of Woodleaf, and Grady Shoaf of R. 3, Lexington; and one sister, Mrs. Will Fritts of R. 5, Lexington.

The funeral service was conducted today at 4 p.m. at First Methodist Church. Burial was in Reeds Methodist Church cemetery.
