Was preceded in death by his brothers, William C. Abell, Carlise F. Abell, Ralph A. Clark; and his sister, Ella V. Abell.
Retired from the then Indian Head Naval Propellant Plant in 1973 after 35 years of service in the Power House. Mr. Abell also assisted his wife in the well-known and respected Abell Day Care in Marbury for some thirty years. Mr. and Mrs. Abell would have celebrated their 70th Wedding Anniversary on March 22.
