Clyde was born on February 12, 1922 in Sidney, Montana to James and Bessie B.(McBridge)Abelein.
Clyde attended High School in Sidney where her graduated in 1940.
He was in the US Air Force during WWII and had the rank of Corporal.
Mr. Abelein worked as a sheet metal worker and planer estimator at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Washington where he retired in 1974 after 34 years.
He was a member of the RoundSquares Square Dance Club in Gorst, Washington and he was an Avid Outdoorsman as well.
Surviving is wife Margie; daughter Joanne, 2 Grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by son Charles in 1975.
Graveside services will be at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard, Washington.
