Married to the former Eunice Knodle in Rockford, Nov. 27, 1965. Employed as warehouse manager by Schmeling Lumber Co. for 10 years, retiring in Nov. 1981.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Marvin and Milton; a stepson, Dale Knodle; seven grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Anna Aaby; a brother, Hjalmar Aaby; seven sisters, Mrs. Ruth Reuter, Mrs. Dorothy Hackshaw, Mrs. Alice Breon, Mrs. Mildrid Zammuto, Helen Rappa, Shirley Lindblade and Edith Calacci.
