Delores Kay Acevedo 57, a resident of Strasburg, Virginia passed away Friday, March 9, 2018 at Bridge Point Healthcare in Washington DC.
A funeral service for Mrs. Acevedo will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 16, 2018 at Stover Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery.
She was born on April 19, 1960 a daughter of Emmett Cornelius Smith and the late Ruthetta Beeler Smith.
Survivors include her children, Monica Acevedo of Winchester, VA and Antonio Tristan of Strasburg, VA; her grandchildren, Eliyannha Giron and Cristian Giron and her siblings, Gary Smith, Debora Onzura and husband Angel, and Steven Smith all of Strasburg, VA.
The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home on Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m.
