Grover C. Hooks, 67, of West Monroe, died early Monday morning at a local hospital.
The body will remain at Hall Funeral Home. Definite plans will be announced at a later date, pending the arrival of out-of-state relatives.
Hooks was warehouse foreman for Ritchie Grocer Company for 18 years and was well known in the Twin Cities.
He is survived by his wife; one son, F. H. Hooks, West Monroe; one daughter, Mrs. Fred Brumer, Renton, Wash.; four grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be J. O. Looley, E. N. Thompson, Benny Andrews, John M. Parker, H. W. Kight, and C. P. Calhoun.
