Johnney Glenn Adams, 54, of Pembroke Road, died at 7:32 a.m. Monday, May 7, 2018, at his home of natural causes.

Services, with full military honors, will be at noon Friday at Lamb Funeral Home with Jimmy Stewart officiating.

Burial will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West.

A native of Hopkins County, he was born Oct. 21, 1963, the son of the late Noah Adams and Vola Jones Lovell.

He was a retired Sgt. 1st Class from the U.S. Army, having served in Desert Storm and Desert Shield. He was also a mechanic and a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 135 in Corone Stone Military, Baumholder, Germany with the Oklahoma jurisdiction.

Survivors include his wife, Sandy K. Adams, Pembroke; his son, Johnney Glenn (Kimberly) Adams, II, Pembroke; his daughters, Amber Kay Coleman, Hopkinsville, April Renee Forshee, Cave City and Karen Marie Monte, Albuquerque, N.M.; his sisters, Barbara Carter, Dawson Springs, Susan Hill and Mary Rogers, both of Madisonville, and Ann Bulich, N.C.; and eight grandchildren.
