Drew Adair, age 72, of Arlington, passed away at 1:40 pm on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at Baptist Health Paducah.

Drew was born in Bardwell on January 16, 1946 to William Carter and Blanche (Brown) Adair. He served in the United States Marine Corps., was a member of the Bardwell VFW #5409 and retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Union City, Tennessee.

Mr. Adair is survived by his wife, Rosalind Adair; one daughter, Sara Adair Farmer and husband, Mark, of Louisville, Kentucky; two step-daughters, Charlotte Scarbrough of Sarasota, Florida and Sherry McQueen and husband, Keith of Union City, Tennessee; one step-son, Dillon Scarbrough and wife, Amber, of South Fulton, Tennessee; three sisters, Odelle Vantlin, JoAnn Myers and Delorice Clark; one granddaughter, Whitney Farmer and one step-granddaughter, Kesha Wright.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and three brothers.

A celebration of Drew’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 24, 2018 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell. Burial will follow at Hubbard Cemetery in Hickman, Kentucky.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until time of service on Friday at the funeral home.
