Mrs. Birdie Lee Abbott of Decatur died Tuesday, March 23, 2004. She is survived by two sons, Quentin Abbott and Gary Abbott, both of Decatur, GA; and one brother, Jerry Simpson of Valley, AL. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons at 2 p.m. Friday, Rev. Kate Haulk officiating. Interment North Atlanta Memorial Park. Visitation will begin Thursday afternoon at A. S. Turner & Sons..
