She was the daughter of Samuel Wayne Jones and Beverly Sue Anthony Jones, born in Vance County on December 18, 1984. Sherry graduated from J.F. Webb High School and worked as a Teller for a local bank.
Sherry is survived by her parents, Sam and Beverly; her adorable son, Kyle Jackson Abbott; her husband, Joey Abbott; her sister, Jennifer Jones Luffman (Stephen) and their children, Jasper, Amelia and Olivia; along with many numerous loving family and friends, whom will all miss her dearly.
Services will be held at Gentry-Newell & Vaughan Chapel, on Wednesday, October 10th at 2:00 pm. Burial will immediately follow at Royster Cemetery, Bullock, NC. The family will receive friends and family at Gentry-Newell & Vaughan on Wednesday from 1:00 -1:45 PM.
