Garry Franklin Aaron, Age 63 of Wiamauma (Tampa, FL) and formerly of Birmingham, AL passed away September 20, 2018. He was employed with Pizza Hut for many years. He was an avid Alabama football fan, avid baseball fan, loved oldies but goldies music and really enjoyed WWE Wrestling, as well. Garry was preceded in death by his parents, Bart Lee Aaron Jr. and Talma Gregory Aaron of Birmingham, paternal grandparents Bart Lee Aaron, Sr. and Elda Dunagan Aaron of Sheffield, AL and Frank George Gregory and Levinnie Glenn Gregory of Jasper, AL, brother-in-law James Luke of Conyers, GA and sister-in-law Connie Smitherman Aaron of Clanton, AL, niece Misty Hall of Phoenix City, AL, and niece Delese Stokes and nephew Jack Donald Stokes Jr., both of Birmingham, AL.
Garry is survived by sisters Sonia Stephens (Gene) of Blountsville, AL and Peggy Luke of Wiamauma, FL, brothers Glenn Gregory of Jasper, AL, Johnny Aaron Sr. of Alabaster, AL and Tommy (Gwen) Aaron of Birmingham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Graveside Services will be held on Sunday, October 28th, 2018 at 2 PM at Curry Cemetery in Curry, AL.
