"Miss Laura Abbey, a well-known young lady of Fulton, Kans., about 27 years of age, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Abbey, passed away this morning about 9:30 o'clock following a lingering Illness of about two years duration. She is survived by besides her parents, two sisters, Mrs. H. B. Harrison of Kansas City and Mrs. John Hlgglns of Mound City and three brothers, Charles of Fort Scott; Lee and Roy. The funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon In Fulton."
