The little infant of Dr. A. Norris of our town died on last Friday night, aged about two months. It was buried on the premises Saturday evening in the presence of a good number of the neighbors. Religious services were held at the residence by Elder John Nicks.

When this infant's mother (Mary) died a couple of months later, the infant was said by family to have been reburied in Anderson's Bend with the mother in the (William Walker) family cemetery.
