BETTY ABBOTT
STONEWALL - Services for Betty Ann Abbott, 61, Stonewall, are 2 p.m. Monday at
Criswell Funeral Chapel, the Rev. Gary Jamar officiating. Burial follows at
Highland Cemetery.
Mrs. Abbott died Oct. 24, 2003, at her home. She was born Jan. 4, 1942, to
Lloyd Lynch and Vesta Barnes.
She was a lifelong resident of the Stonewall/Jesse area. She attended
beautician school and was affiliated with Church of Christ.
She married Lewis Abbott Feb. 22, 1988, at San Antonio, Texas. She was preceded
in death by her parents, Lloyd and Vesta Lynch.
Survivors include her husband, Lewis Abbott, of the home; three sons, Randy
Curtis, Greg Curtis and Jeff Curtis, all of Stonewall; three stepchildren; Joe
David Abbott and Roger Abbott, both of Ada, and Laura Lee, Choctaw; two
brothers, Eldon Lynch, Davis, and Warren Lynch, Pauls Valley; 13 grandchildren;
and eight great-grandchildren.
Bearers are Glen McDonald, Keith Lynch, Bob Abbott, L.D. Brady, Kevin Lynch and
Brad Gipson.
Honorary bearers are Kyle Alexander, Kenneth Fair, Tony Kaai and Doug Baker.
