Kathlyn M. Troeller, 62, of Normal, died at 3:48 a.m. Wednesday, October 01, 2014 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.
Her memorial Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 4, 2014 at St. Mary's Church, Bloomington, with Rev. Ric Schneider officiating. The family will continue to celebrate Kathlyn's life with friends in a time of food and fellowship to immediately follow the mass, also at the church. Carmody-Flynn Funeral Home, Bloomington, is in charge of cremation arrangements.

She was born April 28, 1952 in Joliet, the daughter of Ray and Georgia Seeley Zobel.
Surviving are a son, Jason (Elizabeth) Deavers of Normal; a brother, Jim (Marlene) Zobel of Joliet; and many cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Kathlyn was formerly a cosmetology instructor for the District 87 high school vocational program. Kathy was a friend and one of my mentors.
