Shirlee Jean Abbinanti, age 78, of St. Charles died September 7, 2014, at St. Alexius Hospital in Hoffman Estates, IL. She was born to Earl and Edith Koenig in Chicago, IL. Shirlee was known for her artistic talents and love of animals. She was a devoted wife and mother. She is survived by her husband Donald; daughter, Kim (David) Jacobson, of Laguna Niguel, CA; son, David (Lisa) Abbinanti, of Williamsburg, VA; daughter, Stephanie Abbinanti, of Oak Park, IL; two grandchildren, Kelly and Kassie Abbinanti . She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 9, 2014, at St. Patrick Catholic Church 400 Cedar Street, St. Charles, IL. 60174.
