Nikki (Nik) A. Abbett, age 66, of Huntington, passed away Friday, August 9, 2019, at 1:15 pm at his home in Huntington. Nik worked at Clarks Reclamation and was a member of the VFW.

Nik was born January 13, 1953, in Franklin, the son of Ottie and Dorothy (Hinen) Abbett. On July 4, 1986 he married Etta Aldridge in Roanoke and she survives in Huntington. Also surviving are a son Nik Aldridge of Huntington, a step-daughter Tonya (Cleaver) Angulo of Fort Wayne, 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a step-daughter Heather Aldridge.
