He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Kathy Walker; children, Annette Walker, Gina Newman, Tracey Patt, Rita Webber, and Charles E. “Chucky” Walker, Jr.; 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; siblings; Jack and David Walker, Ruth Long, Dennie Abbott, Wilma Rush, and many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
