Bobbie N. Ables, 77, Sharpsville, died Friday, Aug. 14, 2009, at Northwoods Village, Kokomo.

She was born March 20, 1932, in Heidelburg, Miss., the daughter of Bama and Julian Patrick.

In 1949, she married Richard "Red" Ables in Heidelburg, Miss. He preceded her in death.

She graduated from Heidelburg High School.

She retired from Milbank Manufacturing in Kokomo in 1989.

She was a member of the Euchre Club of Sharpsville.

Surviving are a son, Keith Ables; daughter-in-law, Lee Ann Ables; grandsons, Dustin Ables and Derek Ables; son, Dale Ables and wife, Cindy; grandson, Steven and Michelle Ables; and sister, Peggy Teskey; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, three brothers and one sister.

Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Beulahland Church. The Rev. Dan Coomer will officiate. Burial will be in Sharpsville Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the church.
