Tim C. Abbott, 80, of Somerset, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2020.

He was born on in Science Hill on January 26, 1939; son of the late George & Ida (Smith) Abbott. He was a member of Camp Ground Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Bernetta M. (Watson) Abbott; two sons, Thomas & (Melissa "Lardy") Abbott and Bobby Joe & (Misty "Bean Pole") Abbott, both of Somerset; two daughters, Patricia & (Tim) Walden and Rosemary & (Tank) Haste, both of Somerset; three sisters, Jerri Barnes of Dayton, Ohio, Katherine Trick of Springsboro, Ohio, and Ruth Anderson of Indianapolis; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and serveral nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Clarence, Edward, Earl, & Chester Abbott; four sisters, Imogene Hardwick, Christine Abbott, Mabel Abbott, & Clarise Shepherd.

A Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM Monday, January 6, 2020 at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Dave Muse officiating.

Burial will be in Camp Ground Cemetery.
