Larquenda was the daughter of Jimmie B. Waters and Thelma Abbott. She was educated in the Macon County School System and was a Class of 1997 graduate of the historic D.F. Douglass High School in Montezuma, Georgia. She Enlisted in the U.S. Army. After completion of her service, she returned home and became a self employed Master Barber.

She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Duran Latauris Harris and Travis Burnam, maternal grandfather, Essie B. Abbott Sr, paternal grandfather, Elijah Walters, paternal grandmother, Catherine Walters, maternal great grandmother, Isabel Hicks, maternal great grandfather, Willie Hicks and a devoted cousin, Shenear Abbott.

Survivors:
Mother: Thelma D. Harris.
Step-Father: William Harris.
3 Sisters: Shagavya Harris, Lafederia Hicks(Antoni) and Alisa Anderson(Keith).
7 Brothers: Cornelius Abbott, Rodridques Phillips, Kareem Burnam(Shunda), Morrell Burnam, Kazinski Beal, Lakevius Walters and Timothy Rowland.
Maternal Grandmother: Isabelle Abbott.
6 Aunts: Sheronda Abbott, Debra Bell-Dison, Pauline Wynn, Lorene Brown, Bertha Ashmon and Clytie Walters.

Services were held Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 11AM in the Sanctuary of Mt Pleasant/Travelers Rest CME Church in Montezuma, Georgia.
