ABB NORMA M., age 90, passed away November 2, 2012. She was born on January 11, 1922, in St. Louis, Missouri, to the late Peter and Clara (Volk) Schneider. She retired from Sears Roebuck Co. after 30 years of service as a Credit Supervisor. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church Altar Society and a teacher's aide with the South Lyon School district. Norma is survived by her children Alexi (James) Volz, Robert Abb, James (Nancy) Abb; five grandchildren Karen, Anne, Nathan, Gregory, Robert; three great-grandchildren Jeffrey, Devin, Morgan; two step-grandchildren Sarah, Christopher and her sister Doris Hoffman. She was preceded in death by her husband Leo in 1984, three brothers and two sisters. Visitation will be held on Nov. 6, Tuesday, from 10-11 a.m. with a funeral Mass following at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 830 S. Lafayette, South Lyon.
