Dana Lynn Abner, 32, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., formerly of Crothersville, died at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2007, at Memorial Hospital in Hollywood, Fla.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home in North Vernon with the Rev. Danny Kessler officiating. Calling will be from 10 a.m. until service time Thursday. Burial will be at Baldwin Cemetery near Vernon.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to a memorial account established at Centra Credit Union.
Ms. Abner is survived by her parents, Hugh Abner Sr. and Teresa Gravely Abner of Paris Crossing; daughters, Kendra Abner of Paris Crossing, Kaitlyn Abner of Commiskey and Destinee and Brianna Sparks, both of Covington, Va.; brothers, Hugh "Danny" (Amanda) Abner Jr., and James (Misty) Abner of Scottsburg; and grandmothers, Orpha Abner of Brownstown and Shirley Gravely Sparks of Covington, Va.
