Surviving family includes two sons and a daughter, Thomas Patton Adams, Robert Charles Adams, both of Lexington and Lisa Adams Crawford, Greenville, S.C., a brother Patton Williams, Versailles, Ky., seven grandchildren, Jeremy and Jeffrey Adams, Timothy, Jessica, Daniel, Alissa and Crystal Crawford.
She was preceded in death by her grandson Jonathan Adams. Burial Williams Family Cemetery, Paintsville.
