Doris Wynelle Norman Abbott, 95, of Moultrie, died Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at her home.
Born October 15, 1924 in Moultrie, she was the daughter of the late Jeremiah Frank “J.F.” Norman and Willie Francis Singleton Norman.
Mrs. Abbott retired from Swift and Company as an office manager and was a member of Oakdale Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, David Norman, Joe Norman, Jerry Norman and Leon Norman; sisters, Claire N. Pope, Rebecca N. Bailey, Sue N. Owens and Dana N. Fessler.
Survivors include her husband, Oliphant Larue Abbott of Moultrie; step-children, Melissa A. Roberts and husband Andy, Danny Abbott, Joey Abbott, Jeffery Abbott and wife Jana; ten step-grandchildren and six step- great-grandchildren; seven nieces and eight nephews.
