John Hansen Abraham, age 90, Johnson City, died Sunday, January 16, 2005, at N.H.C. Healthcare, following a brief illness. Mr. Abraham was a native of Copenhagen, Denmark, and was a former resident of New York before moving to Johnson City in 1974. He was a son of the late Christian Hansen and Lena Abraham. Mr. Abraham was retired from Roselawn Memory Gardens and Monte Vista Burial Park. He served in the Merchant Marines during World War II. Mr. Abraham formerly attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, Unicoi. He was preceded in death by his wife, Aida Abraham, in 1996. Survivors include, two sons, Manuel Abraham and wife Rita, Johnson City, John Abraham and wife Teresa, Unicoi; two daughters, Lena Teccitto, and husband Raymond, Bronx, NY, Marie Maupin and husband Henry, Johnson City; eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

Interment will follow in Roselawn Memory Gardens.
