Mrs. Velma Prince, 86, of Westport, Tennessee passed away Thursday August 6,2020 at her home.
There will be a private family service.
Mrs. Prince was born July 16, 1934 to the late Charlie Benjamin Abbott and Liza Ann Jones Abbott. She was retired from Bell South and the County Court Clerk Office; a member of Concord Missionary Baptist Church and a volunteer at Baptist Hospital (Pink Lady). Preceded in death by her husband Sam Prince Jr. who passed away in 1988 and a brother Viron Ondell Abbott who passed away in 2004.
She is survived by two daughters Annette (Alvin) Boyd of Westport, Tennessee and Susan Chandler of Huntingdon, Tennessee; one son Ronald (Nina) Prince of Lexington, Tennessee; three grandchildren Josh Boyd, Matthew (Natasha) Boyd, and Damon (Stephanie) Prince; and four great-grandchildren: Zack Boyd, Kyli Boyd, Mati Grace Boyd, and Everly Jo Prince.
There will be a private family service.
