ACUFF, MR. CARMACK F. - age 70, of Knoxville, passed away Thursday morning, April 16, 1998, at Hillcrest North Nursing Home. Preceded in death by parents, Arthur G. Acuff, Sr. and Sarah Booker Acuff; sister, Mrs. Clarence (Edith) King; brother, Arthur G. Acuff, Jr. Survived by sisters, Mrs. Carl (Ila) Marsee, Plymouth, Mich., Mrs. Leo (Vacie) Hubble, Middlesboro, Ky.; sister-in-law, Ruth Acuff, Maynardville; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives in the east Tennessee and southeast Kentucky area. The family will receive friends 1-2:30 p.m. Saturady at Ailor Mortuary with graveside services to follow at 3 p.m., Booker Cemetery, Hwy. 61, Luttrell, Rev. Ray Headrick officiating. Pallbearers will be friends and family. Ailor Mortuary, Maynardville, in charge of arrangements.
