Last Rites Set Here Today for Mrs. F. Achenbach
Last rites for Mrs. Fredericka Rose Achenbach, 51-year-old native of Anaconda who died Saturday at St. Ann hospital following an extended illness, will be held this morning. The body was removed yesterday from the P.J. Finnegan chapel to the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Gallagher, 623 Pine street, where the cortege will form at 8:30 o'clock this morning.
Requiem high mass will be solemnized at 9 o'clock this morning at St. Paul church. Burial will be in the family plot in Mount Carmel cemetery. Mrs. Achenbach was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Beorge Barich, prominent old-time residents of Anaconda.
She was born Sept. 6, 1890, in Anaconda and attended local grade and high schools. Three years ago she moved to Billings to make her home. She was a member of St. Paul church and the L.C.B.A.
Surviving relatives are husband, Otto Achenbach, Billings; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Mrs. Emma M. Mahoney of Anaconda and Mr. and Mrs. William E. Gallagher, Sr., of Anaconda; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. F.T. Barich of Evanston, Ill., who are visiting here; Mr. and Mrs. Frank X. Barich, Anaconda, and Mr. and Mrs. R.F. Barich, San Francisco; eight nephews and nieces, Richard Mahoney, William, Jr., and Marie Gallagher, and Frank X. Barich, Jr., all of Anaconda; Mrs. Melvin Jensen, Salt Lake City; Marie and Ruth Barich, San Francisco; Muriel Barich, Evanston, Ill.; two cousins, Mr. and Mrs. George Frankovich, Anaconda; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. August Achenbach, of Germany; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Louise Bretenbach, Germany, and an uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Kretzer, Anaconda.
Members of the L.C.B.A. will attend the services in a body.
