Cecil D. New, 48, died Aug. 19, 2019, near Kiowa, Kansas.
He was born Dec. 22, 1970, at Houston, Texas the son of Thomas Fred and Mary Neumann New. A longtime Kingman resident he was a roustabout for several years for Abe’s Oil Field Service and currently was a foreman for Val Energy.
Cecil was a member of the Kingman Christian Church.
On Oct. 31, 1992, he married Noni Jackson at the Kingman Christian Church. He was preceded in death by his fathers Thomas Fred New and Herbert Adams; and brother Gary Adams.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, at the Kingman Christian Church. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday at the Livingston Funeral Home with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Hoosier Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the Cecil New Memorial Fund in care of Livingston Funeral Home.
