Susan Wells, 51, Plainville, died Friday, Oct. 13, 2006 at Rooks County Medical Center, Plainville.
She was born Feb. 13, 1955 in Hays to Clarence James and Royalynn Mae (Nelson) Wells.
She was a CNA in Anderson, MO.
Survivors include her companion, John Brady, Plainville; a son, John “J.C” Adam, Hays; a daughter, Malynda Loney, Plainville; four brothers, Roy Wells and Ray Wells, both of Medicine Lodge, Norman Wells, Zurich, and Rusty Wells, Damar; two sisters, Jeannie Nichols, Greenfield, Mo., and Joann Johnson, Bogue; and six grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Plainville Cemetery.
Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday at Moore-Overlease Funeral Chapel.
Memorials are suggested to Susan Wells Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
