ABBOTT INFANT DIES
MONTICELLO--Infant William Lyle Abbott, aged one month, Rt. 2, Monticello, died unexpectedly at 8:15 a.m. Monday.
He was pronounced dead on arrival at White County Memorial Hospital.
He was born March 17, 1979 to William L. and Betty Jean Maxson Abbott, Sr.
Surviving are his parents, of Rt. 2, Monticello, one sister, Billie Jo, at home; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Abbott, and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Maxson, all of Monticello; his paternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Abbott, Jamestown, Tenn.; and his maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Elsie Pauley, Monticello.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Miller-Voorhis Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Smith officiating. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery.
Friends may call from noon until the time of the services Wednesday.
