Funeral services for Herman H. Nelson, 44, a former resident of Muncie, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Brown and Butz Funeral Home in Anderson. Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
He died unexpectedly Tuesday night at Anderson after suffering a heart attack. He was a native of Blackford County. A resident of Anderson, he was employed at Delco Battery.
He is survived by his wife, Maxine; a son, Kent B., at home; a daughter, Mrs. Diane Mark, Michigan City; his mother, Mrs. Mary Nelson, Hartford City; a brother, Byron Nelson, Blackford County; and a sister, Mrs. Mary Abbott, of near Dunkirk.
