Scott No Filter Abner, AKA "Boog", 37, of Indianapolis, passed away on January 18, 2020. Scott was born April 12, 1982 in Indianapolis, IN the son of Walter Allen Abner and Tammy Whipps. Scott was very good at his job as a maintenance tech at Assurance Maintenance. Scott was an avid skater, skating was his passion, Scott was an active member of the SML car club. Old cars and hotrods were another big passion of his. Scott also loved his motorcycle. Scott is survived by his son; Darren Paul Abner, father; Walter Abner, mother; Tammy Whipps, sister; Stacy Abner, nephew; Kodie Belcher, niece; Kristin Belcher, half brother; David Thomas, maternal grand mother; Mona Reynolds. Scott was a mentor to so many people, he was glad to pass along any information that he knew. Scott was friends to so many people. Words can go on and on saying how great Scott was but above all else Scott was an amazing father. Scott was preceded in death by his paternal grand parents; Walter Abner and Elberta McCarthy and his maternal grandfather; Paul N. Reynolds. Visitation for Scott will be on Sunday, January 26, from 2:00 - 8:00 pm and Monday, January 27, from 10:00 am until time of service at Family Funeral Care. Funeral services will be Monday, January 27, at 1:00 pm also at Family Funeral Care. Burial will follow at Sugar Grove Cemetery in Plainfield, IN.
