Killed Friday in an auto accident. Born March 13. 1895, in Moody County. Married Ella Amdahl, May 24, 1916. Farmed in Moody County most of his life and lived in Flandreau several years after retiring from the farm. Survived by two sons, Ordell, Flandreau, and Leighton, Brookings; six bothers, Frederick, Fedora; Theodore, John, Alfred, Gustav and Reuben, all of Flandreau; five sisters, Mrs. Gilbert Holter, Trent; Mrs. C.J. Amdahl, Pipestone, Minn.; Mrs. Lawrence Bjornston, Spokane, Wash.; Mrs. Edward Christopherson, Mullan, Idaho and Mrs. Ole Aser, Flandreau, and eight grandchildren.
