He was the father of the late Henry I. and the late Ens. Charles I. Lebovitz, who died while in the service. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Augusta Lebovitz; a daughter, Mrs. Jack E. Baach, of Louisville; a son, Samuel L. Lebovitz of Allentown, Pa.; two sisters, Mrs. Herman Cohen and Miss Henriette Lebovitz, both of Baltimore; two brothers, Michael Lebovitz, of Baltimore and Samuel L. Lebovitz, of York, Pa., and five grandchildren.
