Larry Cortez Abercrombie passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2013 at West Alabama Hospice in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He was born on Tuesday, April 5, 1994 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to Marjorie Abercrombie and Larry Abercrombie.

Larry confessed Christ at an early age under the pastorate of Rev. James Earl Hayes. He was a very special young man. He never met a stranger. He impacted a lot of lives just being himself. Larry loved his family and the Lord.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Lashorida Abercrombie; his grandparents, A. J. and Lucille Abercrombie, Theo and Ada Jones and eight uncles and two aunts.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his parents, sister; one special nephew; two special friends; 14 aunts; 8 uncles; his God parents; and many other family and friends.

A Graveside Service was held on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Cooper Cemetery in Centreville, Alabama where Rev. James Earl Hayes officiated.
