Mark L. Aaron, 55 years old of Wildwood, IL passed away Monday, August 21, 2017, at Advocate Condell Medical Center, Libertyville, IL. He was born October 4, 1961, the son of Larry and Carolyn (Burch) Aaron and lived in Kansas City, KS for many years before settling in Wildwood 21 years ago. Mark enjoyed video games, wood working, reading and exercising. On November 8, 1986, he married Karen Stanfield in Kansas City, MO.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Karen; two children, Sean Aaron and Caitlin Aaron, both of Wildwood, IL; his parents, Larry and Carolyn Aaron of Kansas City, MO; and a grandson, Asher Merritt. Mark was preceded in death by two brothers. Todd Aaron and Scott Aaron.
Visitation will be held from 10-11AM Saturday, August 26, 2017, at St. Paul the Apostle Church, 6401 Gages Lake Rd., Gurnee, IL. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will commence at 11AM Saturday. Interment will follow in Ascension Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to Save-A-Pet, 31664 N. Fairfield Rd, Grayslake, IL 60030, in his memory.
