Mickey "Bear" Abair

Mickey "Bear" Abair, age 67, a McMinnville, TN resident and Rochester, Indiana native was born August 26, 1953 and died April 22, 2021 at his residence following a sudden illness.
He was a retired forklift driver at Carrier Corporation, a member of West Riverside Church of God of Prophecy, and the son of the late Harold Ralph and Dorothy May Brock Abair. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by great-granddaughter, Haven Essence Mullican.
Mr. Abair is survived by wife, Gabrielle Sanders; daughter, Miranda (Gregg) Dodd; grandsons, Dameon (Lacy) Abair, De'Sean Bell, Gregg Dodd, Jr., and Craig Dodd all of McMinnville, TN; and great-grandsons, Legend Abair and Elijah Abair.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, 2021 in High's Chapel with Rick Lyles officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. View Cemetery in McMinnville.
