Quincy, IL newspaper-- KICK IN BACK ENDS IN DEATH-- Wilbur Grosh, of Big Neck Dies From Injuries Sustained. Loraine, IL., May 31. --
Wilbur, the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Grosh, of Big Neck, died at his home this morning at 7 o'clock. He had been in a dangerous condition for about 5 weeks, as a result of a kick in the back from a horse. The young man leaves a host of friends, besides the relatives, to mourn his death.
He leaves a father and mother, four sisters, Mrs. Dean Burns, of Cleveland, OH; Mrs. Chas. Hartman, of Chicago; Neva, who attends St. Mary's Institute in Quincy and Anna, who is living at home; also two small brothers, Gerald and Junior.
Services tomorrow, (Thursday) morning, at Union church. Interment at Curless cemetery.
