On Thursday, March 4, 2021, Deborah Kay Bryant, loving wife and mother, devoted Mimi, and great friend, took her last breaths on earth at the age of 69.

Debbie was born on July 2, 1951 in Los Alamos, New Mexico to Patsy Ruth Youngblood and Beverly Ray Youngblood. Her family moved to Houston when she was young. After graduating from Milby High School, in 1969, Debbie went on to start her career at Fluor. In 1974 she married the love of her life, Larry Bryant and settled down in Pasadena, Texas. After having kids, she went on to work at Time Warner Cable then began her long-time career with Pasadena Independent School District in the Spring of 1991. Debbie and Larry raised two sons, Derek and Michael, then moved to Santa Fe, Texas.

Debbie loved many things. Baseball, "Breakfast Club", her grandkids, her canine companion, Bella, her home in Santa Fe and coloring were at the top of the list. She was known for being bigger than life! Her smile radiated, she never met a stranger, and she always had a kind, funny or sassy remark to give.

Debbie is proceeded in death by her parents, her brothers Jimmy and Ronnie, and her husband Larry. She is survived by her son Derek and his wife Amanda, her son Michael and his wife Candace, and five grandchildren: Preston, Emree, Corbin, Jaxon and Mason. The world is a less sweet place without her.

A Memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Friday March 12, 2021 in the Chapel of Deer Park Funeral Directors.
