BRANDENBURG - ABELL, JAMES MARK JR., 50, , died Saturday, November 24, 2007 at his residence. Mr. Abell was a truck driver and formerly worked at Louisville Gas & Electric for 18 years. He is survived by his wife, Irene Basham Abell, Brandenburg; two sons, James Mark Abell III (Bethany) and Harley Richard Abell (Karie), Brandenburg; two grandchildren, Cheyenne and James Rubel Abell; his mother, Frances Ray Abell, Louisville, KY; his sister, Kathi Abell, Louisville; a brother, Terry Abell, Louisville; and his father-in-law, Rubel Basham, Brandenburg. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday from the Chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with burial in Cap Anderson Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Wednesday.
