She passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2007 at the Southwest Memorial Hospital at the age of 85.
Ruth was a very devoted and faithful member of Mountain View Baptist Church.
Surviving Ruth are her children, Ernest Coleman, Jerry Coleman, Anna Raubeson and husband, David of Dolores, Jack Coleman and wife, Christi, and Bob Coleman and wife, Becky; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her sisters, Verna Steman of Olivehurst, Calif., and Amy Cannada of Klamath Falls, Ore.; and her sister-in-law, Jean Powers of San Leandro, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Stanley Coleman and Robert Watkins; her son, John Coleman; and her siblings, Lillian Thomas and (John) Jerry Powers.
Funeral services for Ruth Francis Watkins will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 4 at the Mountain View Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Cortez Cemetery. Pastor Roy Vinson will officiate.
