DOTY - Rush Edward Doty, 82, of 332 Carroll Park West died March 27 at his home. A native of Oxford, Iowa, he came to Monrovia in 1919 and engaged in ranching until retiring and moved to Long Beach in 1943.
Surviving are a brother, Daniel, and half-brother, Orr Doty of Red Lodge, Mont., a sister, Mrs. Mary Lampman of Greybull, Wyo.; a half-sister, Mrs. Ella Abram of Red Lodge; a cousin, Miss Jessie M. Corlett of Long Beach.
Funeral service will be held tomorrow at 4 p.m. in Mottell's chapel. Rev. Claude W. Young of Grace Methodist Church officiating.
