John "Johnny" Joseph Adams, 58, passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021 at FirstHealth Richmond Memorial Hospital.
A graveside service will be held Friday, October 22, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Macedonia United Methodist Church Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Derald Smith. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, please practice social distancing.
Born May 22, 1963 in Miami-Dade County, Florida, he was the son of the late John Bailey and Anna Davis Adams. Johnny was owner operator of Uwharrie Adventures in Troy. He loved his business and the outdoors, mud racing, and running heavy equipment. Johnny's family meant everything to him.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Nichel Geneva Adams of the home; sons, John "John John" Adams (Christy), Johnathan Adams (Chelsea) both of Troy; Joshua Adams (Josie) of Archdale; daughters, Jaimie Leigh Adams (Michelle) and Candice Geneva both of Troy, and Stephanie Geneva of Albemarle; sisters, Donna Kennedy (Larry) of Star and Betty Ann Williams (Sammy) of Troy; and nine grandchildren.
